The Breakfast Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant experience during breakfast hours. This role involves coordinating with the kitchen and waiting staff to provide efficient service and maintain a clean and inviting environment.,

• Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly as they arrive, manage reservations, and guide them to their tables.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Table Management: Monitor the dining area to ensure tables are clean and properly set up for new guests.
• Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the breakfast menu, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
• Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area is clean and organized at all times. Assist in maintaining hygiene standards.
• Billing: Assist guests with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
• Feedback: Gather guest feedback and communicate it to the management for continuous improvement.
  
  Food and Beverage experience isn't essential for this role, but to be successful, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
• You'll have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• An ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent service to guest, being agile in your ability to support colleagues across the hotel
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
