An exciting opportunity has arisen in our breakfast club. We are seeking to employ a Breakfast Club Assistant to assist in providing a safe, high quality environment that sets children up for the best start to the school day.
This is an opportunity like no other - to provide children with some unforgettable and rewarding memories before the official school day has even started. Working as part of this team, you can put your creativity to the test by planning a wealth of activities for children to partake in. The objective is that children simply cannot wait to bounce into school every morning!
The successful applicant will assist in organising a daily routine that meets the emotional, social, physical and intellectual needs of the children, and will build links and work in partnership with parents, carers and professionals to promote the wellbeing of the children. They will serve breakfast, take an active interest in our children and supervise play.
The successful candidate will:
Value all pupils as individuals and put them at the heart of everything you do.
Put our school values of 'respect, kindness and determination' at the centre of all aspects of their role.
Nurture and excite our children, enabling them to develop their skills so they can be enthusiastic, independent problem solvers.
Be enthusiastic and creative.
Be able to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
Work in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
We can offer you:
Inspirational children, who enjoy being at school and have a real thirst for learning.
A team of friendly, welcoming people to work collaboratively with.
A range of support from a strong leadership team that will help to develop your practice.
An induction programme, with excellent support for your transition into your role.
Please send in your application as soon as possible. Applications will be reviewed as soon as we receive them even if this is prior to the application close date.
