If you enjoy setting the tone for the day and working with focus and independence, this role is ideal. As Breakfast Chef, you'll lead the morning service, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to a high standard from the very first order. You'll manage the pace of breakfast service while maintaining organisation and consistency throughout. Your day-to-day:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes
  • Managing and organising breakfast service
  • Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen area
  • Maintaining hygiene and safety standards

    Experience in a kitchen environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
