We are looking for an experienced and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our busy breakfast kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience preparing a wide range of breakfast dishes, including all styles of eggs, shakshuka, and other popular breakfast favourites, and be confident working in a fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a busy kitchen
- Excellent knowledge of cooking eggs in all styles and breakfast dishes such as shakshuka
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy breakfast services
- Highly organised, clean and professional in the kitchen
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Able to control food wastage and use ingredients efficiently
- Consistent in portion control and presentation
- Able to follow recipes and deliver dishes according to company standards
- Confident working as part of a team and supporting other kitchen staff
- Able to train and support new team member
- Reliable, punctual and able to remain calm under pressure
