About Us:Artisan Eatery is a welcoming and vibrant café known for our quality breakfast and brunch offerings. We're passionate about fresh ingredients, great coffee, and creating a warm atmosphere for our guests. We're currently on the lookout for a talented and reliable part time Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team.The Role:As our Breakfast Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of breakfast, brunch and sandwich dishes to a high standard. You'll work independently during morning , lunch and afternoon service and ensure consistency, cleanliness, and quality at all times.,
- Prepare and cook breakfast/brunch/sandwich items to order
- Ensure food is presented attractively and served in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, in line with food safety standards
- Manage stock rotation and assist with ordering as needed
- Work well under pressure, especially during busy service times
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - A passion for cooking and attention to detail
- Ability to work early morning shifts through to early evening generally 7:30-16:30
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A positive attitude and team spirit, English - Advanced
