Prepare and cook breakfast and all-day menu items to a consistently high standard.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet company standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
Support the Head Chef and help train junior team members where appropriate.

We're looking for an experienced, passionate chef to join the Levent Börek team. This is a full-time role with opportunities to work across our London branches in a fast-paced, professional kitchen., Proven experience as a chef in a busy commercial kitchen.
Strong breakfast experience is essential, including preparing high-quality cooked breakfasts, eggs, brunch dishes, and morning service.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high food quality and consistency.
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work across different Levent Börek branches if required
