• Prepare and cook all breakfast dishes, including hot food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, appealing, and served promptly.
• Manage stock levels for the breakfast section, placing orders as needed and minimizing waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
  
  Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar culinary role within a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine and preparation techniques.
• Excellent understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
