Dear Diana is an independent neighbourhood café known for exceptional brunch, speciality coffee, homemade bakes, and warm hospitality. We're passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards in everything we do. We're looking for a talented, organised, and passionate Chef to join our growing kitchen team. What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking our brunch menu to a consistently high standard.
• Maintaining excellent food presentation and attention to detail.
• Assisting with daily prep and mise en place.
• Helping develop seasonal specials and new menu ideas.
• Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Working efficiently during busy service while remaining calm under pressure.
• Supporting the Head Chef and working closely with the rest of the team.
• Taking pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and well stocked.
  
  Has previous experience in a busy brunch, café, or restaurant kitchen.
• Is passionate about quality ingredients and great food.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Has excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Takes initiative and has a positive attitude.
• Maintains high standards even during busy periods.
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) Level 2 Food Hygiene.
