This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and motivated individual to join a supportive school environment, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.As Club Leader, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for children before and after the school day. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of educational and enjoyable activities that promote children's development, wellbeing and social skills.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operation of the Breakfast and After School Club.
Set up and organise a variety of educational, creative and engaging activities.
Ensure all children feel welcomed, included, settled and supported.
Supervise children in a safe and caring environment at all times.
Support and work collaboratively with other club staff members.
Encourage positive behaviour and promote a nurturing atmosphere.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing.
Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and school staff.
The Successful Candidate Will Have

Experience working with children in a school, childcare or similar setting.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach.
The ability to lead activities that are both educational and engaging.
A strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
