Full Job Description

Being the first port of contact for customers who have broken down or those who are looking to make/discuss a claim.
Offer verbal support and advice to customers regarding their breakdown or motor incident
Liaise with our nationwide network of recovery agents, and colleagues from other departments within the business.
Adhere to great levels of customer service to ensure the customers safety and well-being are met at the end of each call.

An effective communicator, who is empathetic, reassuring and understanding when speaking to customers on the telephone.
An organised individual, who can work efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Wednesday to Sunday, 1:00 pm-9:00 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day, totalling 37.5 paid hours per week.
