Brand Marketing Specialist

As a Brand Marketing Specialist within the Boots Opticians Brand team, you will play a pivotal role in our brand transformation journey. Your efforts will help shape how customers perceive and engage with Boots Opticians, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience across all channels. Collaborating closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and various internal and external partners, you will drive creative campaigns that resonate with our audience.,

• Work with internal and external agencies to deliver impactful creative that communicates the brand effectively.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent representation of the Boots Opticians brand across all channels.
• Champion brand standards, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity.
• Support budget management processes and the raising of purchase orders.
• Stay updated with creative, brand, and marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager on overall strategy and approach.
• Understand and analyse brand measurement and econometrics to enhance campaign performance.
  
  Good understanding of brand marketing principles and integrated campaign execution.
• Experience in delivering brand and advertising creative across multiple channels.
• Strong aesthetic and design eye with an appreciation for brand identity.
• Proven experience acting as a brand guardian and applying brand guidelines consistently.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with marketing agencies and cross-functional teams.
It would be great if you also have
• A Marketing qualification.
• Minimum of three years in a marketing or brand role.
• Experience leading a brand activation.
• Previous experience in Retail or Healthcare, with Optical experience being a plus.
