Joining Sainsbury's as a Brand Comms Executive offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of creating impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with customers and drive brand differentiation. What you'll do

As the Brand Comms Executive for Sainsbury's and TU brands, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing marketing communications for broadcast and brand campaigns across various customer touch-points, including TV, Press, Outdoor, Social, and Display. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end campaign process, from further developing the proposition to creative design and media planning, all the way through to evaluation and feedback for continual improvement. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence and engage in executing best-in-class campaigns that align with set objectives, ultimately contributing to differentiating the brand, exciting customers, and driving demand through impactful marketing strategies.

Who you are

As a Brand Comms Executive for Sainsbury's and TU brands, you are a skilled professional with a passion for marketing communications and campaign management. With a solid understanding of marketing principles, communication channels, and customer engagement, you excel in delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with customers and drive business objectives. Your ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage budgets effectively, and make strategic decisions on media mix and creative direction enables you to lead the design, execution, and evaluation of successful marketing campaigns that differentiate the brand, excite customers, and generate demand.

Proven experience delivering integrated brand or broadcast campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.

Experience supporting or leading end-to-end campaign delivery, from proposition development through to execution.

Experiencing landing brand or commercial propositions into clear creative briefs for creative and media teams.

Hands-on experience managing the development of creative assets and media plans.

Experience working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns.

Experience working within brand guidelines, advertising standards and corporate values.

Experience supporting or managing campaign budgets and tracking spend.
