Branch Trainer

We're looking for an experienced Trainer to support our DCA team by delivering engaging, high-quality training that equips colleagues with the skills and confidence to provide person-centred support in the community. Working closely with the Branch Manager, Operations Manager and Learning & Development Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring colleagues remain compliant, competent and confident in their roles. What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering induction, mandatory and refresher training.
• Supporting new starters through induction and the Care Certificate.
• Monitoring training compliance and coordinating learning activities.
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues to build skills and confidence.
• Supporting staff with qualifications and ongoing development.
• Developing bespoke training based on service and individual needs.
• Working with managers to identify learning needs and create development plans.
• Ensuring training records are accurate, up to date and audit ready.
  
  Experience delivering training within Health & Social Care
• Knowledge of the Care Act, safeguarding and care sector legislation
• Strong communication, coaching and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for developing people and improving outcomes for the people we support
