ROLE: Branch Supervisor

HOURS: 44 per Week - Permanent Role, 7am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 8am - 12pm on a Saturday Rota

SALARY: £29,918 basic salary per year

BONUS/OTE: Realistic total earning potential of up to £34,718 per year

We are delighted to be recruiting a Branch Supervisor to work closely with the Branch Manager and Trade Counter colleagues to help deliver excellence.

Our Trade Branch Supervisors are hands-on and lead by example to deliver excellence in customer service and operational standards, and develop strong relationships with customers to enhance the customer experience, whilst driving sales and market share.

What Our Branch Supervisors Do:

• Work closely with the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations


• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers


• Ensure operational standards and sales targets are achieved


• Support the delivery of sales targets while maintaining positive customer relationships


• Assist with branch operations


• Support colleagues and ensure team actions are completed on time


• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and company policies


• Undertake stocktakes and audits


• Maintain maintenance records for Branch vehicles


• Conduct branch housekeeping for front of house, warehousing, and merchanting

What We Need from Our Branch Supervisors:

• Passion and energy to deliver customer service and meet business targets


• A proactive, customer-focused approach


• Commercial awareness to drive sales and margins


• Good organizational skills and initiative


• Confident IT skills, experience with MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)


• A full and valid driving license; FLT licence is an advantage


• Ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required


• Stock take experience is a plus


• Comfortable working alone or in small teams


• Experience in trade/builders merchant, glazing, or uPVC environment is advantageous
