• Salary: £29,918 basic per year

We are delighted to be recruiting a Branch Supervisor to work closely with the Branch Manager and Trade Counter colleagues to help deliver excellence. Our Trade Branch Supervisors are hands-on and lead by example to deliver excellence in customer service and operational standards, and develop strong relationships with customers to enhance the customer experience, whilst driving sales and market share.

What Our Branch Supervisors Do

• Lead by example and work closely with the Branch Manager in daily operations


• Provide exceptional customer service and support to both new and existing customers


• Ensure customer service, operational standards, and sales targets are achieved


• Support delivery of sales targets and develop positive customer relationships


• Assist with branch operations and support colleagues


• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, company policies, and procedures


• Undertake stocktakes and audits


• Maintain records for branch vehicles


• Conduct branch housekeeping for front of house, warehousing, and merchanting

Requirements for Our Branch Supervisors

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve targets


• Hands-on, customer-focused approach, confident and proactive in engagement


• Commercial acumen to drive sales and margins


• Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and use initiative


• Confident IT skills, experience with MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)


• Full and valid driving license; FLT license a plus


• Ability to cover for the Branch Manager when needed


• Previous stocktake experience advantageous


• Comfortable working alone or in small teams


• Experience in trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing, or uPVC environments preferred
