Full Job Description
Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Branch and Sales Support Administrator to join the Service Branch based at Mansfield. This job will involve providing comprehensive administration and sales support to the branch, liaising with internal and external customers via phone, email, and face-to-face, supporting the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate sales records. You will also play a key role in ensuring service delivery aligns with Health and Safety policies, customer service standards, financial controls, and operational excellence. As the Branch and Sales Support Administrator, you will work Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:15, Friday 09:00 to 16:45. This is a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment and wants to contribute to a motivated team. To be successful as the Branch and Sales Support Administrator, it is essential that you have previous experience working in a sales support or busy office environment, excellent organisational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office and data interpretation is desirable. Branch and Sales Support Administrator Responsibilities: Support the sales team by producing quotes, following up with customers, and maintaining sales records. Manage customer communications proactively to ensure high levels of customer service. Adhere to Health and Safety policies, championing a safe working environment. Assist with raising and checking invoices, credit control, and general administration duties. Schedule engineer appointments and coordinate with internal teams and external customers.
Previous experience in a sales support or busy office environment. Ability to plan, prioritise, and organise workloads effectively. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Numeracy competence and ability to interpret data accurately.
