About the role: The Branch Manager leads and develops a high-performing team, makes sure the branch runs compliantly and efficiently, and supports members through financial conversations, including customers in vulnerable circumstances. Experience leading teams in retail, financial services or a similar customer-facing setting and an understanding of FCA rules are required.
