Job Description
Are you an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or Supervisor within electrical wholesale, or trade sales looking for your next step?
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales and trade counter team
- Drive revenue growth, margin and branch profitability
- Build strong relationships with trade customers and contractors
- Identify and win new business development opportunities
- Manage key customer accounts and grow spend
- Oversee stock, pricing, margins and branch performance
- Deliver excellent customer service in a trade / wholesale environment
- Ensure high operational, compliance and Health & Safety standards
- Create a positive, target-driven and customer-focused team culture
Requirements
Previous managerial experience in a merchanting business, preferably with electrical knowledge
