Responsibilities

• Management of all day-to-day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures


• Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets


• Focusing on sales and growth and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders


• Instilling a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch


• Taking a hands-on approach to branch management, supporting all areas of the business and leading by example to ensure operational excellence

Contract & Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.

• A solid background in management in trade sector


• Proven leadership and management experience


• A passion for nurturing team development


• A strong track record in sales & operational excellence within a customer facing environment


• Commercial acumen and ability to execute plans to deliver profitable results
