Company Description Branch Manager - 2 positions across 3 Extra Care Schemes and 4 Schemes. Location: Hertfordshire. Salary: £38,170. Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations across 3 Extra Care Schemes.
• Build and lead a successful care team that delivers personal care services to users.
• Ensure a sufficient number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands.
• Maintain the required standard of care and ensure all processes are correctly controlled and documented.
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards internally, and with regulators and contract holders.
• Assume CQC Registered Manager responsibilities for the schemes.

Qualifications Efficient, organised and experienced manager with a passion for delivering high-quality community care.
