Branch Manager

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Branch Manager to lead one of our dynamic branch teams on a 12-month fixed term contract. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, developing others and making an impact in your local area - this could be the perfect role for you. What you'll be doing:

• Provide inspirational leadership and direction to your branch team.
• Build strong working relationships and foster a culture of support and collaboration.
• Coach and develop colleagues to perform at their best and grow in their roles.
• Deliver results in line with strategic business goals and regulatory standards.
• Ensure the branch plays an active and valued role within the local community.
• Understand customer needs and support them in finding the right financial solutions.
• Lead from the front - supporting customers face to face, over the phone and through digital channels.
• Plan proactively, adapt quickly and always put the customer first.
  
  Proven leadership experience, ideally within a customer-facing environment.
• A strong communicator who can inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
• Confidence navigating both people leadership and operational responsibilities.
• Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) regulatory and compliance standards in financial services.
