• Win new instructions and bring properties to market
• Build strong relationships with clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
• Maximise business opportunities within a high-potential market
  
  Experience as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator preferred
• Proven track record in customer service and sales
• Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Strong organisational and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Full UK driving licence
