With trade counters throughout the UK, we offer a wide range of trusted products to retail, trade and distribution clients, whilst providing exceptional service, and competitive pricing to help you win more business, streamline installations, and maximise your profits.We are now looking for a Branch Assistant at our Bootle Branch to contribute to the overall success of the branch. Working Monday to Thursday 7:30 am-4:30 pm and Fri 7:30 am-3:30 pmThe successful candidate will place a strong emphasis on providing outstanding customer service. They will work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold consistently high service standards. With pride in their branch, they will contribute to its upkeep and presentation, supporting team members as needed. Customer-focused and professional, they will recognise the

importance of representing the Company positively at all times.We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities, along with strong numeracy and literacy skills.Key Responsibilities include;To maintain the customer database and ensure that information is kept up-to-date and accurateTo assist with end of day banking and reportingTo maintain branch standards in terms of organisation, efficiency and cleanlinessTo ensure that customers are kept updated about all relevant information including orders, quotes and promotionsTo assist the manager in the collation and delivery of information when requestedTo assist customers with all aspects of their accountTo accept cash payment from customers in line with Company standard, as and when required.To ensure the understanding and achievement of branch KPI targets as determined by the branch managerTo ensure sufficient knowledge of products on offer as well as any Company or branch promotionsTo proactively drive
sales and opportunities in branch through prospecting and touching base with existing or lapsed customersTo be an ambassador of the Company and act accordinglyTo act as buddies and mentors to new colleagues, not just in branch but across the CompanyTo own customer experience from initial enquiry through to installationTo use industry specific software to generate customer quotesTo ensure efficient stock management and avoid any unnecessary storage of goodsTo deliver excellent customer service in line with the Company's vision - we want our customers to be \"sorted\"To pick stock and organise loads for dispatchTo ensure compliance with Company procedures and processesTo work in a safe and responsible mannerTo perform any other reasonable instructionThe Rewards5 weeks paid holiday a year plus bank holidays, plus the flexibility to buy 2 days39 hour contract Monday to Thursday 7:30 am-4:30 pm and Fri 7:30 am-3:30 pm (Early Finish Friday with no Saturday working, enjoy your
