Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BPA Implementation Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing area of our business, where you'll oversee the end-to-end implementation of BPA schemes - from onboarding through to buy-out transition - ensuring a smooth and well-controlled process for trustees and members alike About the Role:
- Lead and coordinate all activities associated with BPA scheme implementation, including onboarding, data migration, and transition to buy-out.
- Manage relationships with scheme trustees, administrators, and internal teams to ensure obligations are met and processes run efficiently
- Oversee shadow administration activities such as buy-in payroll, member option validation, and movement processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of BPA schemes.
- Support policyholder communications and oversee the transition of administration and payroll services.
- Produce and review management information, valuation extracts, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to embedding best practices across BPA operations.
Proven experience in managing BPA implementation projects. - Strong understanding of operational challenges in data migration and scheme transitions.
- Excellent project and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
