Booking Clerk / Receptionist

Were looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy and dynamic Ophthalmology Team as a Booking Clerk/Receptionist. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills along with outstanding customer service, and have experience of working with IT systems.

The Ophthalmology Booking Team is a very busy department where admin plays a crucialrole.The successful candidate will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, phone calls on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure, demonstrate a professional and friendly approach, and provide a high standard of service to patients and colleagues.
