Full Job Description
We require an enthusiastic, organised and flexible individual to support patient scheduling within the Adult Audiology Team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton (UHDB) NHS Foundation Trust.
Applicants must be excellent communicators with the ability to liaise with colleagues and patients. Essential qualities are strong organisational/time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Flexibility is required as the post holder will be required across the two main sites.
Applicants should have demonstrable experience of working in a busy customer-focussed or care environment or have call handling/reception experience. Applicants must be experienced in using IT systems and/or appointment systems although training will be given.
Core skills/qualifications include: educated to English Language and Mathematics at O' level/GCSE level, IT literacy, good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and individually, with minimal supervision.
