Boarding Houseparent

Dean Close Kingham Hill School is seeking an exceptional and committed Boarding Houseparent to lead one of our boarding houses and play a pivotal role in the pastoral care, wellbeing, and development of our pupils. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a vibrant boarding community where relationships, care, and personal growth are at the heart of everything we do.

As Boarding Houseparent, you will create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where pupils can flourish academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Working closely with boarding staff, teaching colleagues, parents, and guardians, you will lead the delivery of outstanding pastoral care while helping pupils make the very most of their boarding experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual who is passionate about working with young people and creating an environment where they can thrive.

The successful candidate would be have experience and knowledge of being able to teach PSHE and able to coach a variety of sports, with previous experience in a boarding environment, pastoral care, mentoring being advantageous.
