We're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and customer-driven Retail Sales Manager to help lead our BMW New Car Sales team. You'll be a key part of the department's success - owning the enquiry process, driving finance performance, proactively identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued. Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Maximise sales and finance opportunities while maintaining profitability and compliance.
• Drive customer and finance retention using eMaster, CRM, and service leads to identify and convert opportunities.
• Lead live enquiry management: allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Challenge daily team activity and step in to support or close deals when needed.
• Personally meet or support every retail customer at handover to maintain premium satisfaction.
• Foster a positive, can-do culture focused on results, accountability, and continuous improvement.
