Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 (Basic) + Benefits We are seeking an experienced BMS Small Works Project Manager to join a growing team delivering fast-paced building controls projects across commercial environments. This role will focus on managing projects typically ranging from £80k to £200k, ensuring efficient delivery, high quality, and strong client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple BMS small works projects from award through to completion Oversee project planning, programming, and resource allocation across several concurrent projects Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery Ensure successful integration of BMS systems with mechanical and electrical plant Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Manage commercial aspects including variations, cost control, and
reporting Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures Requirements Proven experience managing BMS or controls small works projects Strong technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) Good knowledge of mechanical & electrical plant systems Experience delivering projects in the £80k-£200k range Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable Experience with leading BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider) Background in building services, controls, or a related engineering discipline Relevant technical or engineering qualification What's on Offer Competitive basic salary (£70k-£75k) Car allowance Private healthcare Pension scheme 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Opportunity to work on a variety of fast-moving, technically engaging projects Career progression within a growing and forward-thinking business This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager who enjoys delivering multiple projects and thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment within the smart buildings sector
