England.What You'll Be DoingCarrying out planned and reactive maintenance on BMS and control systemsDiagnosing faults and resolving technical issues efficientlyConfiguring and commissioning controllers and network-level devicesModifying software and maintaining accurate system documentationProducing service reports and recommendationsBuilding strong customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisorSupporting upgrade and lifecycle projectsPromoting OpenBlue and cloud-connected building technologiesMaintaining the highest standards of health, safety and complianceWhat We're Looking Formin 3 years' experience within BMS, Building Controls or AutomationStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsExperience in a customer-facing service environmentGood IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeFull UK Driving LicenceAbility to work independently and participate in an out-of-hours callout rotaHNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (desirable)Experience with Johnson
