enhance the customer experience.What You Bring:Previous experience managing a busy retail, hospitality or food service operation.Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.A strong commercial mindset with experience delivering sales and operational targets.Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing stock, controlling costs and reducing waste.Confident communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and Health & Safety standards, or a willingness to develop this expertise.What we offer:Working with Sodexo means being part of somethingbigger.
