Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and innovativeBand 6 Bladder & Bowel Nurseto join our friendly specialist team. This exciting community-based role offers the opportunity to support adults experiencing bladder, bowel and pelvic floor dysfunction across clinics, care homes and patients' own homes.

You'll work autonomously, providing expert assessment, treatment and ongoing management, helping patients improve their quality of life, independence and wellbeing. You'll also play a key role in catheter clinics, supporting community teams with expert advice and best practice guidance.

As part of a forward-thinking service, you'll contribute to service development, clinical excellence and innovation, while working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues across the health and care system.

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is due to integrate with Medway Community Healthcare on 1 October 2026.
