Full Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for a new Bistro opening in May. This is a daytime-only position, offering an excellent work-life balance without late nights.,
- Run and manage your section efficiently during service
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up - Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Salary up to £38,000 depending on experience - Daytime hours only - no evening shifts
