Birmingham - Sales Executive

We're looking for someone passionate and experience in sales, to join us as a Sales Executive for Albert's Schloss Birmingham. We need superstars who have worked in a reservations, host or admin role before & who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a world class service to our guests. What you'll be doing

• Managing bookings through Collins - DesignMyNight and answering phone queries
• Working with the front of house team to ensure booking notes are communicated efficiently
• Targeting key contacts to encourage bookings
• Working with the Sales & Events Manager with outreach projects
• Attending external & pop-up events to promote Albert's Schloss, 50% off at all Mission Mars Venues for you and friends which, with our Rudy's Pizza growing in the North West means half price pizza!
• Invites to big events including our annual Christmas Party & Awards and Summer BBQ
• 24/7 access to free, confidential and specialist mental health/well-being support.

• A genuine desire to go above and beyond and make our guests feel at home & welcome
• Organised & computer literate
• Experience with Collins - DesignMyNight would be helpful but not essential

Salary: £13.45 per hour + Tronc + Bonus
