Full Job Description

Our corporate units enable our customer facing units to deliver our strategy and plans for growth. We shape and steer the direction of the business by managing our people, finances, shared services and buildings. We also oversee our legal, regulatory and compliance obligations too. Corporate Units play an integral role in setting and delivering our strategy and partnering with our business units in their plans for growth. This role will support the BT Group's compliance to the Ofcom standard on Metering and Billing (M&B) accuracy, protecting customers from the impacts of incorrect billing & the company from the risks of revenue loss, reputational damage and regulatory censure.What you'll be doing

  • The production of the group's monthly billing accuracy reporting submissions
  • Stakeholder engagement with Consumer, Business and other business units for matters relating to performance reporting and the group's wider billing compliance programme. Provide insight based on analysis of source data to help drive improvements in billing accuracy
  • Interacting with BT's external assessors for annual billing accuracy performance audits
  • Input to a programme of process improvement leveraging new data, analysis and reporting tools to deliver a future-proofed solution for BT group M&B reporting
  • Support the Billing Compliance Reporting Specialist to manage risks around the production of the M&B Compliance, Compliance: Continuously assesses, monitors and reports on compliance, and provides insights to help prevent compliance breaches
  • Audit Advisory: Provides insights to support compliance with all aspects of the auditing process
  • Data Analysis: Collects and interprets data to uncover patterns and trends.
  • Reporting: Presents information in an organised format for a specific audience and purpose.
  • Billing: Understands billing processes and systems and implements control to ensure that bills are processed correctly and in a timely manner
