Biddable Manager

The OMD UK Connected Performance team are looking for a Biddable Manager to work on our new client Aviva. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering performance and innovation through advanced optimisation, audiences, testing and technology with a focus on Paid Social & Search. The role covers working in a team on the day-to-day delivery of your client's business objectives from digital performance and brand activity, hands on planning, buying and strategy of paid social & search campaigns, with support from the Director & Executive.

• Lead campaign strategy and execution across biddable platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Manage and develop a team, providing guidance, training, and support to Executives
• Collaborate with media owners to build and maintain strong partnerships
• Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts across OMD UK to deliver integrated solutions
• Oversee reporting and optimisation, translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, using data analytics to measure the effectiveness of media strategies and identify areas for improvement, highlighting key insights and outcomes
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative team environment
• Help train and mentor junior team members
  
  You possess a strong understanding of media planning, buying and performance analysis with knowledge of digital, traditional and emerging media channels.
• You have a proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful media campaigns.
• You have excellent spoken and written communication skills with proven expertise in presentation storytelling to deliver impactful, persuasive proposals to clients.
• You can develop and implement strategic media plans using media planning and analytics tools.
• You stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and are open to exploring how automation and AI tools can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency in media.
• You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
