Culture Guru is partnering with an award-winning main contractor within construction refurbishment and fit-out. For 25 years they've been making a positive impact at the heart of communities across London and the South East, creating homes and places people are proud of, where they can live safely and thrive. They're now looking for a genuinely brilliant Bid Writer to help them win the work that makes all of that possible.
This is not a role where you'll be quietly tidying up other people's words. Sitting at the heart of a dynamic bid team and reporting to the Head of Bid Management (and Managing Director), you'll work on every element of the bid writing process - producing bespoke, high-quality SQ and tender submissions. For many clients and consultants, you'll be the first person they meet from the business, and through your words you'll shape the impression they form of the company.
You'll be the person who can take a tricky tender question, break it down, identify the winning strategy, and write a response that's clear, compelling and scores top marks - answers an evaluator simply can't mark down. If you care about the craft of a well-argued submission and quietly raise the standard of everything you touch, you'll fit right in.
