BHR Urgent Response Occupational Therapist 1 year Fixed Term Job overview The Urgent Community Response Team is a large MDT who aim to respond to physical health crisis in Havering, Barking, Dagenham and Redbridge. This role supports the delivery of high-quality patient care by providing clinical assessment in the patients own home to avoid hospital admission where not necessary., Main duties of the job The applicant will have to thrive in a busy demanding role and be able to cope in a crisis. strong clinical reasoning and communication skills are paramount to ensure our patients are holistically assessed in a timely manner. UCR are looking for an applicant with an appetite to visit patient who may have fallen and be on the floor. Professional curiosity is valued in this team.
