What You'll be doing
Do you enjoy helping people and making a real difference to families' lives?
We're looking for a Best Start Family Hub Navigator to support families in accessing and understanding the wide range of services available through Luton's Family Hubs. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you'll provide information, advice, guidance and short-term support, helping families overcome barriers and connect with the right services from pregnancy through to early years and beyond.

You'll have experience working with families, children or young people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with people from all backgrounds. Knowledge of family support services, safeguarding and equality principles is essential.
You'll hold A Level qualifications, an NVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent relevant experience, be able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check, and be willing to undertake occasional travel across the borough, as well as regionally and nationally, when required.
