Bereavement Counsellor (26.11) - Older Person's Mental Health and Wellbeing Service
- 30 hours per week
- £34,592 per annum, (£28,047.57 pro rata) plus up to 5% pension contribution to Organisation's Pension Scheme.
Are you a compassionate and experienced counsellor looking to make a real difference in the lives of people aged 50+ affected by loss?
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated Counsellor to join our Older Persons Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.
The successful applicant needs to have demonstrated experience of providing counselling in both individual and group settings.
You must have excellent clinical counselling skills, be a good communicator and have a keen interest in the health and well-being of people aged 50+. You should be able to work effectively alone, and as part of the multidisciplinary team. You will have achieved BACP (or equivalent) registration or have submitted and be awaiting the outcome.
