Full Job Description
We're looking for a Team Leader to help lead our amazing crew atVictoria & Albert Museum Cafe and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience every time! What You'll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of front-line staff to provide top-notch service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere for both staff and guests.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met consistently.
