Full Job Description

Deliver workshops and coaching to build capability in benefits realisation and data analysis across the PMO

- Lead the tracking, analysis and reporting of benefits, performance and outcomes across the portfolio

- Develop dashboards and reporting tools (including Power BI) to present clear and compelling insights

- Provide analytical input into business cases, governance reporting and key decision-making processes

- Translate complex data into accessible, meaningful insights for a wide range of audiences

- Support and influence programme and project teams to embed a data-informed approach

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Benefits Realisation and Data Analyst to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO)., Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex datasets

- Experience in benefits realisation, performance reporting and/or data analysis within programmes or projects

- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence stakeholders

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 tools, particularly Excel and Power BI

- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships

- Understanding of programme/project environments and governance processes
