Join our team and help ensure residents receive the financial support they need to pay their rent and council tax through the administration of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction. You will deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service, providing advice and support to residents through a range of channels including telephone, face-to-face and digital communications. This is a rewarding opportunity to support our community while developing your customer service and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment. For the role, we ask that you have:

• 5 GCSEs Grades A-C or equivalent Level 2 qualifications on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
• Experience of dealing with members of the public / customers and external organisations.
• Knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures.
