working with 2-3 days per week in the office, plus travel to London on an adhoc basis where the wider Global People Organisation (GPO) team is based. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organisation and with some autonomy, as the line manager is currently based in a different location. You will be proficient at Excel, comfortable working with HRIS systems (ideally Workday) and Teams, as well as having Payroll experience. You will liaise with external vendors and advise employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters. Ensuring the accuracy of benefit processing through the payroll, maintaining benefits records and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements will be key responsibilities. How you will contribute Instruct Payroll each month of any pension and benefit-related changes. Work with Payroll and HRIS colleagues to resolve queries. Act as employees' first point of contact for benefit related queries. Maintain benefits
platforms and resolve queries with external vendors. Process invoices from third-party vendors. Assist with events planning. Regular travel required to London. Qualifications Payroll experience (either in a Payroll function or experience of liaising with Payroll colleagues). Experience of using HRIS systems, ideally Workday. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular good to advanced Excel skills. Comfortable working remotely over Teams. Knowledge of benefits is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Other Skills: Attention to detail, methodical, organised. Ability to work well to tight deadlines and at a fast pace. Good interpersonal skills and discretion due to working with confidential data. Be able to work within a team structure as well as independently. Desirable but not essential fluency in at least one other language, ideally German, Portuguese or Arabic.
