This is a pivotal role, working in close partnership with the Deputy Headteacher for Behaviour and Inclusion and the Assistant Headteacher for Engagement, Wellbeing and Intervention. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
What we are looking for
- Experience working with young people and supporting those with different needs, vulnerabilities and behaviours.
- Experience of supporting students to promote positive behaviour for learning.
- Ability to remain calm and positive in challenging circumstances.
- Ability to form strong working relationships and be an effective team player.

The Details
- Start Date: September 2026
- Salary: Associate 2 Point 11 - 15 - £24,555 - £25,181 FTE
- Actual Salary: £22,004.71 - £22,565.69
- Hours: 37.5hrs a week, Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4pm (term time 39 weeks per year)
- Contract Type: Permanent
