Behaviour Intervention Lead/SENCo Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers andpromote positive behaviour? Little Heath School is looking for an experienced Behaviour Intervention Lead to join our team.
- Lead and deliver behaviour interventions to support pupils' mental health and wellbeing.
- Provide coaching and support to staff, pupils, and families on behaviour management and autism awareness.
- Supervise behaviour support teams and collaborate with external professionals.
- Support the SENCo with EHCP reviews and related administration.
- Deliver staff training on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Team-Teach. Qualifications or experience in SEN or related fields desirable. What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with complex needs, including autism and SEMH.
- Proven success in behaviour management and delivering interventions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
