Full Job Description

Behaviour Intervention Lead/SENCo Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers andpromote positive behaviour? Little Heath School is looking for an experienced Behaviour Intervention Lead to join our team.

  • Lead and deliver behaviour interventions to support pupils' mental health and wellbeing.
  • Provide coaching and support to staff, pupils, and families on behaviour management and autism awareness.
  • Supervise behaviour support teams and collaborate with external professionals.
  • Support the SENCo with EHCP reviews and related administration.
  • Deliver staff training on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Team-Teach. Qualifications or experience in SEN or related fields desirable.

  • Experience working with children with complex needs, including autism and SEMH.
  • Proven success in behaviour management and delivering interventions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
  • Qualifications or experience in SEN or related fields desirable.
