Full Job Description
The role involves delivering laser procedures and advanced skincare treatments, recommending suitable treatments and products, and working towards daily and monthly commercial targets through effective up-selling and cross-selling.
Etica Clinic is seeking a highly motivated, sales-oriented Senior Laser and Aesthetic Therapist to join its busy clinic. The successful candidate will provide professional, detail-focused treatments while building strong client relationships and contributing positively both independently and as part of a team.,
- At least three years of industry experience, including experience as a Senior Therapist
- At least five years of experience in laser hair removal
- NVQ Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification
- Level 4 Laser qualification
- Experience with CryoPen and advanced electrolysis
- Strong sales and communication skills
- A proven ability to build excellent client relationships and exceed targets
- A professional approach and friendly, outgoing manner
- Willingness to travel
