Full Job Description
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Providing friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
- Supporting the restaurant team during busy service
- Following licensing, hygiene, and safety standards
- Helping create a welcoming and premium guest experience
We are looking for someone professional, confident, and passionate about hospitality, with good knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar service. The right candidate should be able to work well under pressure, keep the bar clean and organised, and deliver excellent service to our guests., Previous bar experience required - Cocktail-making experience preferred
