Full Job Description
Our City restaurant serves a busy mix of corporate lunches, after-work drinks, dinners and group bookings. We're looking for someone who can deliver fast, friendly and professional service while producing consistently high-quality drinks.,
- Preparing cocktails, wines, beers and spirits to specification
- Providing efficient and professional bar service
- Managing high-volume drinks orders during busy periods
- Maintaining excellent presentation and consistency
- Setting up, restocking and closing the bar
- Monitoring stock levels and reducing waste
- Following licensing, allergen, hygiene and responsible-service procedures
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and ready for service
- Supporting the wider front-of-house team when required
Temper City is looking for a confident and experienced Bartender to join our front-of-house team., Has previous cocktail-bar or busy restaurant experience - Is confident preparing classic and contemporary cocktails
- Has good knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
- Is organised and comfortable working at speed
- Communicates confidently with guests and colleagues
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is dependable and works well within a team
- Is flexible and available for daytime, evening and weekend shifts
