Bartender and Waiter / Waitress - Venue 5 lounge - Ruislip

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience while preparing and serving drinks to a consistently high standard.,

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and other beverages.
• Provide friendly, professional and attentive customer service.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the drinks menu and make recommendations to guests.
• Ensure the bar is clean, organised and fully stocked at all times.
• Prepare garnishes, mixers and ingredients before service.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle payments and operate the EPOS system accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock taking and ordering.
• Work closely with the restaurant and management teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the shift.
  
  Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
• Good attention to detail and personal presentation.
